Welcome to a Seaside Park Holiday.

Challaborough Beach, shown in the photo directly above, (and at the top of the page), is a sheltered horse-shoe shaped cove made up of excellent fine sand within less than a minutes walk from the Holiday Home with direct access to this beach. The beach has been awarded the Blue Flag award. The beach has views of Burgh Island, beautiful blue seas and the sand causeway.

The photo above is of our morning dog walk, going from the right of the cove and holiday home, the view is of Bigbury, the Causeway and the Island, absoloutely stunning!

Or alternatively you could take to the coastal path to the left from the holiday home and stroll along the cliffs of the South Devon Coast, to Bigbury on Sea ( see photo above) and then onto the sand causeway to get to Burgh Island. ( dog friendly to the right, and to the left of the beach and on the island)

Or just keep on walking on from here to view the stunning Mothecombe Beach, Wonwell Beach and the Erme Estuary, used by the film industry for stunning locations for films such as Sense and Sensibility and the Hornblower.

If you are a family with children, there are great outings locally such as zoos, a theme park, aquariums etc to entertain younger children and lots of outdoor sports, such as fishing, surfing, sailing, diving, horse riding for teens and outdoor lovers.
